Three rooms full of history, with the original tuff walls, safeguard to this day about four hundred types of wine from all Italy. Special attention is aimed to the most important vine areas such as Tuscany, Piedmont, and especially Campania, which is represented by its most typical and prestigious wines. France, the land of the Champagne, is not forgotten, with its great whites such as Chablis and Puligny-Montrachet as well as the great red of Napa Valley in California, the 1997 Opus One.
“A wine that I love in particular? The Sagrantino di Montefalco, which I consider strong and with great personality”.
I’ve chosen to do this job after I’ve met some special people which have become my mentors and instilled in me the love for wines. Passion is the most important element in this job, along with professionalism, which consists in always recommending what’s best for the client, not what’s best for me. And people always perceive this.
